My new classmates

Heya,

These are the new students in my class. I believe you have already know my former classmates. They are with me in my new class except Jacky and Josefine.  Enjoy reading about these new classmates of mine…………..xoxo

ANNA

she is russian and also new in my class. she is almost blonde and has bluish-grey eyes. she has a spaniard boyfriend called Pablo who i can’t wait to meet. She is almost a vocabulary box like Jun and loves the colours green and red. her hobbies are playing games on her ipod and sharing her opinions. her favourite exclamation is "um humm" whiles nodding her head. she should be Mengqi's friend because she is almost always 30 minutes or more late to class

 

MAAME

she is ghanaian and also new in my class.she has taken Jacky's place as the first person you see in my class when you open the door. She is cute, seems quiet, almost an introvert but is nice to hang out with. she loves to  smile and nod her head. you always find her in two jackets;one of which should be pink or red. Her favourite phrase is "no, no" with her head tilted a little to the right. i think her favourite colours are baby blue and pink.

GABBY

she is the newest american in my class from Chicago. she hails from Mexico and is proud of it. I like the make up she puts on because she really looks good with it. her hobbies are dancing and eating chocolate. she is also cool to hang out with. she normally wears shorts or tights so the first time i saw her in a very long skirt i was really surprised. her favourite phrase is "awwww" and she says this with a open mouth and a surprised face. her favourite words are "muchacho y muchacha".

 

Sergiam

He is Turkish and is also new in my class. He is virtually impaired but has a computer with the "Jaws" software that helps him a lot. He has the same behaviour as Song but does not come to school not because he has to work like Song. he claims they are personal reasons. I pray God helps him with him with these problems. His hobbies are chatting over drinks and discussing politics. his favourite phrase is "vale"

The national anthem of Spain

hello guys,
 i find this a little rare that the Spanish national anthem does not have lyrics but on the other hand i believe the footballers really love it because they don't have to sing before their matches. All they have to do is place their hands on their chests and and enjoy the beat of the anthem....isn't that cool

2012 christmas

I spent it in France ( in Paris and Strasbourg). It was really a nice time.church activities, bowling, shopping and parties......too good to be told. i miss all those i met there. The french were generally nice though there were instances of racism but it was a good way to know what people thought of us Africans. I enjoyed some really cool Ghanaian dishes like waakye, jollof rice, kelewele and roast turkey whilst others had fufu and groundnut soup( a typical ghanaian dish). I had the opportunity to see the cathedral and certain monuments that are so precious to the people of Strasbourg...i was really expecting it to snow while i was there but it never did.. and guess what! it snowed days after i left..exactly a week! how strange! huh!
Well guys,, i am not telling into detail because its part of 2012 memories so i leave them there and only to remember the unforgettable ones which are my safekeeps.

Living with my classmates

I present to you my dear readers, my classmates who have very interesting characters and behaviours.

JACKY

She is from Singapore and has two grasshoppers as pets. She lives with a family and is doing an au-pair program in a Spanish home with two naughty children who always break her boots.  She has an interesting relationship with her boyfriend; a very enviable one because they have lots of fun together. She is the first person you see in my class because she always has the first seat. I think her favourite colour is green though her surname means the colour yellow. She likes the cold weather and cooks "curry" so well. Her favourite phrase is "errm...bueno"

  

SONG

He is from South Korea and it is said that he is the finest in the class. His favourite song is "No one" by Alicia Keys. He does not like coming to class but i think an angel told if he doesn't make it to class, he will be deported to Korea. He is a "tae-Kwan do" instructor. He speaks more of street Spanish than written Spanish. I think his favourite colours are white and black. His favourite phrase is "urgh" and he does this by hitting his hands on the table.

MENGQI

She is Chinese and uses very cool contact lenses. Normally she wears boots and always has flu. She has this fascinating voice and speaks in a funny way because she starts in a high tone and swallows the rest of the conversation. She always gets to class late because I think she spends an hour putting on make-up, but she looks really cool after. She also has the cutest nails in the class. i think her favourite colours are pink and green and her favourite phrase is "ta,ta,ta"

MOSORE

He is the only Ghanaian boy in the class. He is tall and likes dancing in class during breaks. His nicknames are " Mosore, Mosore" or "Mr Ghana". The meaning of his name if translated from the Korean language means "a corner". He's got a nice haircut and always wears thermic shirts to class. He is also always late to class because he likes sleeping. His favourite colour is grey and his favourite phrases are " herh, herh, herh' or "um hum"

MARISA

She is american but her mother is spanish. she is the baby of the class but she looked 30 years the first time i saw her. She is tall and loves to cross her legs in class. she has red lips and has a nice smile. she has a crush on Song, and a thing for Jun and a crush on  everyone in class. Her favourite colour is army green and her favourite phrase is "omg"

JOSEFINE

She is Norwegian but has spent almost all her life in Sweden. she is the cheerleader of the class. she is so lively, loves to smile and dresses in super hot clothes with black boots. She enjoys drawing and surfing the internet. She is so fun to hang out with because she is normally happy. Her favourite phrase is "ouuuu" with a cute smile after she says it. I am so sad i didn't get to know her for long because she has to leave us this december  and i already feel like crying.

 

SAKURA

she is the youngest japanese in the class. she has a cute smile and the coolest haircut in the class. she is really fun to hang out with. she is a journalist who likes to drink beer. she loves cats and her favorite fruit is tangerine. she has an interesting blog but unfortunately its currently in japanese but she has the idea of translating it to spanish very soon. her favourite phrase is "vale, vale, vale"
